Ktima Giannioti is a 20-room hotel, built in Vlasti, Kozani at an altitude of 1,240m. It was built in 2007 and put into operation at Christmas of the same year. Its architecture and appearance are intertwined with the local traditional architecture of the area.

The hotel has twelve double and two triple rooms, all of them equipped with balcony. Families are also welcomed our two family suites and our four family attic rooms. The rooms have all the necessary amenities, such as LCD TV and WiFi. Each room has a private bathroom and its own separate decoration, making each one of them special.
Our restaurant serves local and international specialties continuously from 12:00 until 22:00. In addition to the indoor bar with its comfortable spaces, in the summer season our guests can enjoy their coffee or food in the large sunny garden.

As a starting point the hotel offers several possibilities for short excursions in the mountains (hiking on Mount Askio 2,111m), for pilgrimage tourism to nearby Byzantine and Post-Byzantine monasteries but also for small day-trips to nearby destinations such as Kastoria (1 hour).
